Current Status and Project Goals: We believe that our work at CRC is of increased importance after more than two years of the pandemic. Mental health issues are widely recognized as a national crisis, and the shortcomings of our mental healthcare system underlie so many other societal problems. CRC makes a small but remarkably effective impact by offering custom navigation to individuals who live with mental health conditions and their families. In 2022, CRC faces a critical transition for a small nonprofit: moving to the next phase of the organization after a successful pandemic “rescue” by a team of professionals working pro bono. The next phase requires systemizing operations to support increased scale, carefully managing program expansion, continuing to nurture multi-year financial sustainability, and making the challenging cultural shift to add selected paid staff. We are at a critical inflection point and would welcome external expertise and perspectives on planning and implementing this transition. Skills and Assistance Needed:
