Project update
In 2022, CRC faces a critical transition for a small nonprofit: moving to the next phase of the organization after a successful pandemic “rescue” by a team of professionals working pro bono. The next phase requires systemizing operations to support increased scale, carefully managing program expansion, continuing to nurture multi-year financial sustainability, and making the challenging cultural shift to add selected paid staff. We are at a critical inflection point and would welcome external expertise and perspectives on planning and implementing this transition.
