How do I volunteer to get involved with ClassACT?

A.

Take a look at our projects, divided by four areas of interest (justice & civic engagementeducation, health, and environment). See what interests you and then send us a note.  We would love to hear from you!

What is/are the level(s) of commitment?

A.

Your commitment can range from simply reading our news and updates to attending events, participating in panels and work days, giving hands-on help and individual advice to a classmate-sponsored nonprofit, serving on a committee, contributing resources, and serving on our Board.

How can I let my roommates/classmates know more about ClassACT?

A.

Go to the login button in the upper right of the page and login. Then click on Class Connect at the top right of the homepage. Find your classmate and click the link to send an email. You can paste in a page link from this site if you find something you would like to share about ClassACT. 
   

Q.

How can I contribute/participate by offering my special skill or area of expertise?  Can you help me to make connections?

 You can tell us if you have a set of skills by going to How to Help. You can also reach out to any Board member or classmate nonprofit sponsor through the directory, and participate in Discussions about Bridges, Healthcare, and the Environment.

How do I connect with fellow classmates who live in my area?

A.

To find classmates by state, go to the advanced search in the classmate directory and use the 2 character state code to find classmates.  Or click for the map view to find a classmate's name.  
   


There are many ways to contribute to the world. ClassACT is an opportunity to have an impact well beyond our individual capabilities. As a group, we have been particularly fortunate. Here is a way to give back.
